The Valley Cities Supported Employment Program uses an Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model to assist Valley Cities clients to obtain competitive employment as part of their recovery journey. Our services include vocational counseling, benefits planning, resume & interview preparation, job retention support, and referrals to additional resources, such as DVR (Department of Vocational Rehabilitation). Our team also engages in job development – connecting with employers in the community to match our clients with their needs. More on our Business Partnership Program is listed below. Our Supported Employment Program is funded through King County MIDD funds, partnerships with the Department of Vocational Rehabilitation, and Medicaid coverage for eligible clients.
